Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the docking of business contracts such as oil products and energy, pre-review of management and control, participating in the negotiation and signing of bulk trade contracts, and rigorously reviewing contract terms.

2. Responsible for cargo tracking in the process of follow-up business execution throughout the chain, and coordinated handling of abnormal matters.

3. Mainly for trade execution, assisting the finance and logistics department to do a good job of settlement and invoicing, and establish a ledger.

4. Other tasks arranged by the leader.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade and English is preferred.

More than 2.2 years of bulk cargo import operation experience, familiar with bulk cargo supply chain business, experience in oil chemicals is preferred.

3. English level 6 or above, familiar with foreign trade import documents, letter of credit issuance procedures, terms and other details, able to draft, review and modify English foreign trade contracts.

4. Careful in work, with strong logical thinking ability, quick response, strong execution, and strong sense of work responsibility.

5. Have strong communication and coordination skills, pay attention to information symmetry and information sharing, and have a team spirit.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily income and expenditure reconciliation of accounts of banks and third parties;

2. Responsible for checking the receivables and payables of the partners (domestic and overseas), and recovering and paying on time;

3. Responsible for statistics and analysis of some business data to ensure accurate and timely information feedback, smooth communication and coordination;

4. Responsible for the review of daily expense reimbursement;

5. Responsible for the preparation of expense accounting vouchers and the arrangement of related accounting files;

6. Responsible for the preparation of related expense analysis reports; preparation of monthly financial statements.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, accounting qualification certificate is preferred;

2. Familiar with accounting and financial management systems, familiar with policies and regulations in accounting, taxation, etc.;

3. Proficiency in the use of accounting software and office software;

4. Work meticulously and down-to-earth, with good learning ability and financial analysis ability;

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the company's financial management and control, be responsible for financial strategic planning, and improve the standard and efficient construction of the financial system;

2. Lead the formulation and implementation of the annual financial plan and budget, and be responsible for providing financial data and financial analysis;

3. Preside over the preparation of financial statements and financial budgets and final accounts, coordinate fund settlement and operation, timely submit various management statements and analysis reports, and provide timely and effective financial analysis for the company's decision-making;

Qualifications

2. Responsible for the company's logistics planning and management system construction, optimizing the logistics system, including business processes, rules and regulations, and operating specifications;

3. Monitor the performance of logistics operations, formulate logistics distribution plans, effectively integrate and manage internal and external resources; control and analyze logistics costs;

Qualifications

3. Proficient in logistics management process, have a good understanding of distribution process, inventory management, inventory process, etc.;

4. Possess rich knowledge in lean management, cost control and related fields;

Job Responsibilities

2. Able to analyze and feedback on transaction results in a timely manner, and resolve potential transaction risks in a timely manner;

3. Responsible for collecting and mastering the relevant transaction information of crude oil, petroleum coke, ore and other markets, as well as domestic and foreign macro and industry information, and organizing the drafting of strategic reports for company leaders' reference;

4. Responsible for cooperating with the company's trade department to complete the management of the warehouse receipt system and the implementation of the delivery business;

5. Responsible for organizing the futures investment business of crude oil, petroleum coke, ore, etc., to complete the company's budget goals and tasks.

 

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, statistics, investment and other related majors;

2. Familiar with the trading rules of the inter-bank market and the exchange market, with more than 8 years of practical experience in stocks and futures operations;

3. Familiar with the relevant rules of Hong Kong stocks and the Stock Exchange, and have rich market analysis capabilities;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, enterprising, with good communication skills and expression skills, a good sense of teamwork and professionalism;

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the company's daily import and export operations, including but not limited to the production of import and export customs clearance documents, cargo documentary, management and completion of the review of the letter of credit, document preparation, document review, document presentation, etc.

2. Coordinate and solve the logistics problems encountered by the commissioner in the import and export trade process (such as: shipping schedule, route, etc.);

3. Maintain communication with other departments within the company to ensure that the contents of the documents are correct and avoid additional costs due to misplaced information;

Qualifications

2.8 years of experience in import and export operations in the field of bulk commodities in international trade; familiar with import and export freight operation procedures, familiar with international freight forwarding business and related professional knowledge;

3. Familiar with office software, familiar with ERP, import and export customs clearance, transportation and operation procedures;

Qualifications

3. Extensive knowledge about petroleum/crude oil, chemical products, coal, minerals, etc. trade, cargo shipment, contract terms, documents, letters of credit, and futures transactions;

4. Have the ability to negotiate and communicate with internal and external parties, strong development capabilities, and the ability to proactively resolve problems and disputes that occur;

5. Excellent English reading and written expression skills, proficient in operating common office software;
