Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the president to implement the development strategy and business plan of the trade section, understand the current situation of the industry, plan and adjust the company's trade operation focus and business layout;
2. Responsible for expanding international and domestic business markets, exploring potential markets and customers; conducting market investigations and analysis, optimizing trade plans and procedures, realizing channel planning and layout, and improving the company's overall performance;
3. Lead the business negotiation work. Including but not limited to: fulfilling the signing of customer business contracts and service agreements, completing payment recovery, and contact tracking for goods export declarations;
4. Maintain the relationship with government affairs, upstream and downstream related departments, maintain healthy business communication, and provide guarantee support for the realization of the company's annual business objectives.
5. Responsible for team building, talent training, performance management, etc.
Qualifications
1. Related majors in international trade and business English, bachelor degree or above;
2.8 years of operating experience in the field of bulk commodities in international trade;
3. Extensive knowledge about petroleum/crude oil, chemical products, coal, minerals, etc. trade, cargo shipment, contract terms, documents, letters of credit, and futures transactions;
4. Have the ability to negotiate and communicate with internal and external parties, strong development capabilities, and the ability to proactively resolve problems and disputes that occur;
5. Excellent English reading and written expression skills, proficient in operating common office software;
6. Have a high sense of responsibility, careful and serious, proactive, strong logical thinking ability; result-oriented work, strong ability to resist pressure.
